Legislation expected in January 2026 may ban payroll deduction of union dues. If this happens, your PESPA membership will end unless you are enrolled in Auto-Pay by June 30, 2026.We’re asking all members to switch to Autopay by November 30, 2025, so we can ensure every member is correctly transitioned before the statewide rush early next year. 💵 Thank You Bonus: As a token of appreciation, PESPA will give $20 cash to every member who signs up or has already switched to Autopay. President Anthony Lugo and I will personally visit worksites across the district in November to hand-deliver your cash! I will email further details to all members that have switched when to expect your cash. This effort is separate from the collective bargaining amendment on the November 2026 ballot—but it’s just as critical to protecting our union and your voice at work. Act now to stay protected.
